Prove YourStablecoin

Real endpoints, real settlement, real evidence. We validate stablecoin payment corridors across five clearly defined stages, with compliance screened before any tokens move, so your corridor is evidenced before go-live rather than assumed.

StableCoinTest is a sister service to PennyCent, the cross-border payment testing network. As the service launches, PennyCent's verified tester network across 170 countries and territories will provide the wallet, off-ramp and settlement endpoints that prove each corridor end to end. StableCoinTest is currently in beta.

StableCoinTest has no stake in the corridors it validates. The evidence is independent.

    Why Stablecoins

A Corridor Designed Stage by Stage

Every leg of the payment has a named owner, a defined control and a clear hand-off, so the corridor can be evidenced end to end rather than assumed.

    Settlement in Seconds

Once compliance checks clear, a public blockchain settles the transfer directly between wallets, without waiting on correspondent banking hours.

    • Public chain settlement
    • No correspondent chain
    • Traceable on-chain record

    Compliance Before Movement

Sanctions screening and Travel Rule checks are completed at stage two, before any tokens leave the on-ramp.

    • Sanctions screening
    • Travel Rule data
    • Checks precede transfer

    Local Currency on Arrival

An off-ramp converts the stablecoin into local currency so the recipient is paid into an ordinary bank or mobile-money account.

    • Off-ramp conversion
    • Local bank payout
    • Mobile-money payout
    Who Does What

The Five Stages of the Corridor

From fiat on-ramp to local settlement: this is what we test at each stage, with example providers and one worked corridor showing it end to end.

    Stage 1

    On-Ramp

The payer and a licensed on-ramp or exchange convert fiat into stablecoin.

    Example providers
    BVNKStripe
    Stage 2

    Compliance

Sanctions screening and Travel Rule checks are completed before any tokens move.

    Example providers
    NotabeneElliptic
    Stage 3

    Blockchain

A public network settles the transfer, and the issuer backs the token 1:1 in reserves.

    Example providers
    EthereumPolygonSolanaCircle (USDC)Tether (USDT)
    Network Partner endpoint: On-chain wallet
    Stage 4

    Off-Ramp

The recipient and an off-ramp convert the stablecoin into local currency.

    Example providers
    Yellow Card
    Network Partner endpoint: Off-ramp account
    Stage 5

    Settlement

Funds land in a local bank account or mobile-money account.

    Example providers
    Local partner bankMoneyGram (via Stellar)
Network Partner endpoint: Local bank account

      Endpoint role: StableCoinTest Network Partner

    The StableCoinTest Network Partner

One verified Network Partner covers the endpoints for stages 3 to 5: the on-chain wallet, the off-ramp account and the local settlement account, so the corridor is proven end to end before go-live rather than modelled on paper. Network Partners will be drawn from the PennyCent verified tester network at launch.

    Corridor Reach

One POC Corridor, Many Possible Destinations

The proof of concept is designed around a single corridor from the United Kingdom to Brazil. The regions below are indicative of where a stablecoin corridor could be extended. They are not live corridors today.
